The Lastage Inn - Bed & Breakfast Amsterdam

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn in the heart of a beautiful European city. This hotel, tucked away in a small street, offers exceptional value for money. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the lovely decor to the basic amenities provided. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the heavenly bed that allowed me to relax completely. Additionally, the hotel's prime location in the best place in town made it easy for me to explore all the main attractions. The breakfast offered at this hotel is simply superb, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

The Lastage Inn - Bed & Breakfast surpassed all our expectations! The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful and cozy rooms. Matt, our host, was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay in Amsterdam!

The Lastage Inn is ideally located down a peaceful little street, within walking distance of all the main attractions. It's so convenient, with a metro station just 100m away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful windows that let in lots of light. The decor is classy and calming, and the bathrooms have a special touch, like the sliding door hiding the gorgeous bath. The service is top-notch, with the owner, Matt, going out of his way to make guests comfortable. And breakfast is a treat, with delicious options like salmon, avocado, and poached eggs.

Some guests mentioned that the stairs to the rooms are steep, so it might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Convenient location near Newmarkt. Recently renovated with patio access from room. Host offers excursions and boat trips. Friendly owner serves delicious breakfast. Genuine and safe stay in a charming older building.

The breakfast at this hotel was amazing! The host, Matt, cooked delicious eggs, toast, avocado and wild salmon that left me wanting more. The portions were generous and the variety of side options was great. Another highlight of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and sights, making it easy for me to explore the city. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

One thing to note is that the rooms are accessed via a spiral staircase, so if you have difficulty with stairs, this might not be the best option for you. Another minor issue was the lack of a traditional bathroom door in the ensuite bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this bed & breakfast. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was veryvery comfy and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, with locally sourced produce. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet street but still very close to the center of the city. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and there was a metro station just 100m away. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and making us feel welcome.
